Megan Bernal serves as the Director of Business Development for Ascent Pain Solutions, where she leads strategic growth initiatives, referral partnerships, and community engagement across the organization's expanding network of clinics. In this role, she works closely with physicians, practice leaders, and healthcare partners to strengthen referral networks and increase patient access to high-quality pain management care.

With a strong background in relationship building, marketing strategy, and business development, Megan focuses on developing meaningful partnerships with medical providers, attorneys, and healthcare organizations throughout the region. She oversees outreach initiatives, physician engagement events, and targeted marketing efforts designed to increase awareness of Ascent's innovative treatment options and expand access to compassionate, patient-centered care.

Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending time with her husband, their two daughters, and their beloved doodle. As a family, they love traveling and making memories together, whether it's exploring tropical destinations, skiing in the mountains, visiting Hawaii, or planning their favorite trips to Disney World.

Megan is also the founder of Glam Haus Design Co., a creative charcuterie and event styling company where she channels her passion for entertaining, design, and bringing people together through beautiful experiences.
